Hello and Welcome!

The meaning behind Owl & Elm is deeply rooted in the kind of space I hope to create with my clients- including children, youth, and adults.

To me, the owl represents perspective, awareness, and the ability to gently find clarity in life’s darker or more uncertain moments. It reflects the process of slowing down, becoming curious about our inner world, and deepening our understanding of ourselves and what we may be carrying.

The elm symbolizes resilience, grounding, and growth. Trees remind us that even through storms, changing seasons, and periods of uncertainty, we can remain rooted while continuing to move forward. Together, Owl & Elm reflects a soft place to land and a safe space to grow.

Session Fees & Coverage

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and provide receipts for clients to submit to their extended health benefits provider for possible reimbursement. While I do not offer direct billing, many extended health plans include coverage for RCC services. Please check with your provider to confirm your specific coverage. Standard 50-minute sessions are offered at $150. Limited sliding scale appointments are available.

Mondays 9 AM - 3 PM Wednesdays 10 AM - 6 PM

Virtual sessions are available:

Mondays 9 AM - 3 PM Tuesdays 9 AM - 3 PM Wednesdays 10 AM - 6 PM Thursdays 3 PM - 6 PM
